Actress, writer and filmmaker who is best known for her role as Pageant Worker in an episode of the hit TV show Malcolm in the Middle. She is also an accomplished TV and movie writer with over a dozen writing credits to her name.

She made her acting debut in 2000 in a short film titled You'll Do.

She has heterochromia, a condition that leaves her eyes different colors. Her left eye is light hazel and her right eye is light blue. Her katherinenorland account on Instagram has over 80,000 followers. She has written three poetry books.
